Assigning and claiming ghosts

The Notch player that created the Ghost can assign Ghost matches to an user.

Here is how:

1. Navigate to your profile
2. Click the Ghosts link under your name to see all of your ghosts
3. Press the Assign button.
4. Find and select the player
